Alight Solutions is a leading cloud-based provider of integrated digital human capital and business solutions.
Our Benefits Guidance Communications team creates a multitude of materials for employees to understand their health benefits: benefit guides (print and digital), postcards, emails, brochures, videos, and more. We have also created landing pages where new hires can learn about all of their benefit options and can enroll. We wanted to expand our design possibilities with these microsites and make them modern, responsive, and easy to navigate. We wanted to create a smooth experience for employees to learn about benefits – a topic which can be daunting and confusing.
