Our Communications team in Alight Solutions works closely with our client Kelly Services, a global staffing company, to provide benefits communications. We work closely together during Annual Enrollment around October – the period in which employees must choose a medical plan and make other benefit choices for the upcoming year.
For 2022, we wanted to create a whole campaign that was engaging, eye-catching, yet informative. Choosing benefits can be a daunting process that is difficult to understand, but it’s a reality that needs to get done. We selected the campaign theme ‘Are you still watching?’ as a reference to Netflix and streaming services. This was a reminder to employees in a tongue-in-cheek manner that they should direct their attention to 2023 benefit changes and learn how these changes will impact them.
We utilized several mediums including a landing page, a direct mailer, several videos, and a series of emails.

We created a landing page that served as a resource to learn about 2023 benefits. It was also a hub where employees could schedule a counselor phone call or could go to their Alight Worklife account to start preparing for Annual Enrollment. Our other materials such as the mailer and the emails directed them to this website.
